OK, a shorter version, but one last try at this entry. I'm mad because I worked so hard on the first one.
We went to breakfast, then chilled for a while before working the booth. When the trade show was over for the day, we watched part of a seminar that two of our customers were a part of. After leaving, we realized that the rest of the night was OURS!
We had a drink in the lobby, then headed to Beale Street. First, we rode the Ducks. They have them in Branson, too, but these were more affordable. It was awesome. The tour guide was funny and well-informed, and I learned a lot. These things go on land and water, so we had a great tour.
After that, we walked Beale Street, and saw some interesting things. Make sure you check out the videos on my blogger journal over the next few days. Right now, the duck march is the only one there. I have to work on the other one when I get home to my own computer. The duck march should end about 5 seconds earlier, due to little kids walking behind them, but it's still funny.
OK, I'm out. I'll be nicer in my next entry....IF this one stays put. What a waste of an hour. sheesh.

Sorry. This entry didn't come through either. PSYCH!!! I think it's time you told mom to get some ducks for the farm and train them.

Great pics!
Enjoyed your pictures! I'd ride that hanging train, too! Glad you had some fun while there.

Good pictures. Considering the price of bras, I can't believe people donate theirs to hang on a wall! The picture of the Gibson place sent me scurrying to Google, because I was pretty sure my Gibson was made in Bozeman, Montana. Found out certain models are made in Memphis and then took a cyber tour of the Bozeman factory! Pretty interesting.
How wonderful I enjoyed this immensely ..love Jan xx
I've been on the Gibson tour for sure. <<<shh don't tell, Hubby works for them>>>. We thought we were going to have to move to Memphis and this is why we had our trip - two or three years ago - they were going to move the Nashville plant to the Memphis plant. The company sent us to Memphis to wine and dine us, take us to visit neighborhoods, talk with realtors, and hear presentations about schools. Hubby declined the offer to move - risky. But so did everyone else - so no one had to move. I loved the tour of that factory. The HR person did our tour and she and I had lots of things to talk about. LOL
Sounds like you had a neat trip.
