This is the little boy that my son played with...rode bikes with...laughed with. This is Ben. Ben went away to defend my right to keep this stupid blog and to say whatever I want. I can say anything, because Ben says so, dammit.

The day I had to drop Jesse off at the MEPS office for basic training was one of the most awful days......

I am so.... so very sorry...I am sitting here crying my eyes out from waching the video...That poor young man's life is changed forever...the only good thing out of all this is that it could have been so much worse...Please,please let us know when he gets home..and please let his family know how much I care and that I am praying for them all.

This video was awesome. I feel so bad for that young man. But, thank God he's alive. It could have been soooo much worse.
