Well, thanks to astaryth, I tried a few options. There is a sepia version, and a black and white version, and a color version. Which is best? Please give feedback:
What works? What doesn't? What is best? Opinions? I know you've got 'em, so share 'em.

I like how the lettering stands out on the sepia version. It kinda get's more difficult to read in the b/w example. Just my opinion.

Do you guys have a Kinkos or that type of place around?? I ask because sometimes printing say the color version on light blue paper, or the black and white on a cream colored paper makes a nice statement. If you have one you could go pick up a few sheets of different color/shades of paper and try them out. Sometimes combos you wouldn't necessarily think of really look nice <shrug>
Wonder where this all comes from?? I worked for a year at a Kinkos between animal jobs and was in the department that designs and has printed things like wedding invites and business cards... You just never know what someone may have done in another life <LOL>
I like the color one and love the picture! So poignant.
I like the color one best. They are muted and do not distract. the picture is still very visable yet you do not have to hunt for the words.
The sepia is wonderful! I also like the color. It would be hard for me to choose each has its own special properties. Go with the one that touches you most. Blessings, Penny http://journals.aol.com/firestormkids04/FromHeretoThere

I think the one on top looks more formal. The color looks more personal.....depends what you are going for I suppose. Don't personally care for the black and white. - Barbara
