A good friend pointed out that I didn’t update about Kevin’s postoperative progress. He’s doing great! The numbness and other symptoms of a ruptured disk are gone. He is limited on range when looking up, but side to side and down are fine now. He’s been doing full work for quite some time. I’m thankful for his progress, and grateful that insurance really came through this time. Our part was quite reasonable.
Now, for what I do online, when I’m not reading journals. I don’t do a lot online, because I sit at a computer all day. Anything I do is for fun.

Only 23,766 more points and I get a “Rear quarter panel from #45 My Coke Rewards Dodge driven by Kyle Petty.” Sorry, Russ, I love NASCAR! LOL Actually, I’m probably going to get a magazine subscription or a couple of T-shirts or something.
www.musicdownloads.walmart.com I enter codes from 24 packs of diet coke (purchased at Wal-Mart) and receive 2 free music downloads. I have 9 available right now, and it’s a bonus to my Diet Coke habit…I don’t have to buy CD’s.
www.neopets.com I don’t go here real often, but it’s fun sometimes. I just play the games and keep my pets checked in to the roach motel, so they’re fed and happy. Yup, I’m a lazy pet owner.
www.pogo.com I’m hooked on Vaults of Atlantis, and sometimes play Rainy Day Spider Solitaire. I can sit for over an hour, not realizing how long I’ve been here. Sheesh!
www.zoompanel.com I answer surveys to earn points. Yup, another place I hope to earn free stuff. It takes tons of points to get anything, but what the heck…eventually, I’ll redeem them for something. I’m all about free stuff.
I also spend a fair amount of time instant messaging. It’s great to ask Mom a quick question or ask Celeste why the journals aren’t working! LOL
Other than that, I email, but I don’t send many forwards. I’ve seen most of them, and many have been forwarded so many times that they are buried in a maze of attachments. No thanks.

Very good question! Number one is reading alerts and journals. Number two is tending my Sister's in Christ prayer alert group. Number three is making my own journal entries. Number four is sending greetings and ecards to those I think might need them or like them. Me and Bug like to sit together and play Bookworm. Oh, and I love to browse graphics for my journal and prayer alerts. Enjoy a good IM when I can. And that's about it. - So glad Kevin is making steady progress! Hi there. I have recently discovered your journal (again)...I've been a journal buddy of your Mom's for quite a while and she is a great inspiration for me in many ways. I love her spirit and she will always leave me a nice word when I'm having a downer of a day. Just wanted to let you know I put you on my bloglines, so that I will be sure and come back and visit again.
On the PC....what I do is Journal Daily...I love it. I love to collect and make graphics, which I post on www.photobucket.com so I can put them in my journal. I email and then read journals when I can. Rarely IM as it gets on my nerves now. LOL. And when in school, I have to do research and take tests and stuff on line. Oh and I absolutely check the weather and sometimes news. I am always looking for sites like www.netvibes.com and www.bloglines.com to organize my "on line experience"...LOL! I really just like messing around with software stuff.

I play POGO of course. I like rainyday pretty good at it too. I read journals and write and look up stuff. I do a lot of other stuff too. I used to help run a website for ads but not anymore.
I am glad about Kevin. I do know how much trouble a painful non moving neck can be!
