Well my friends and home here mean more than the banners so this is my take on it
I HATE THE BANNERS I hate paying for AOL and the Banners. BUT the Banners wont run me out of my home for the last OVER two years and they wont and are not worth leaving my neighborhood and community. Let me just say AOL has acommercial that they fight spam and THEY ARE SPAMMING Us. THey block pop ups and they are popping up on us. It stinks and its crap!!!!!!!!!!! BUT it wont run me out of my home and it wont make me leave my friends. They mean more to me than any banner!!!!!!!! TAKE THAT AOL I WILL PROTEST by NOT get this BY NOT CLICKING on the ads. YOUR plot will not work.
Hey, I have an AIM journal I'm copying and pasting all my old entries from AOL into. Not because I'm leaving, but you never know. AOL has been known to lose entries. Having them in two places might be good insurance.
If I were you, I'd go to AIM. It's even officially still a part of J-land, the same alerts and everything. Just leave a link to in here for a few days, before AOL cuts off your service, so people can find you.
Please don't leave!!!! Listen to your wonderful, beautiful ma and just scroll down a few clicks -- the banner vanishes!!!
But if you do move the blog, please send me a link --- and don't forget your loving, liberal pal Russ.
